Dibuka pop-up library returns to Lycée Jules Verne in Morningside every Friday

Looking for something new to read in French? Dibuka’s pop-up library returns to Lycée Jules Verne every Friday during the school term, bringing a selection of French-language books closer to readers in Morningside and the surrounding area.

The next pop-ups will take place on 18 and 25 September, from 07:30 to 14:00. Everyone is welcome to browse the shelves, borrow books or return previous loans. Visitors should use the primary school entrance.

Those who are not yet Dibuka members can complete a membership form on site and begin borrowing books.

For reading recommendations, new arrivals, library activities and other news, follow the Dibuka WhatsApp channel.

On 29 March 2026, Fête de la Musique was presented in Cape Town for the first time, as part of Bree Street Sundays.
