The French Embassy in South Africa, Lesotho and Malawi has the pleasure to announce the winners of the 2025 Francophonie Competition!

We received an incredible array of creative and inspiring video submissions from participants across South Africa, Lesotho, and Malawi, all sharing their unique perspectives on how “Education can change the world.”

Montpellier Bandeau

Grand Prize is a 2 week trip to Montpellier in the South of France from the 06th to the 19th of July 2025.

Montpellier is a vibrant city in southern France, known for its sunny climate, rich history, and youthful atmosphere.
With its mix of medieval charm and modern architecture, it’s a hub of culture, learning, and innovation.
Home to one of Europe’s oldest universities, Montpellier is a dynamic destination full of energy and discovery.
