Dans le cadre de My French Film Festival 2022, qui se déroulera en ligne du 14 janvier 2022 au 14 février 2022, nous organisons un jeu-concours pour vous permettre de gagner 10 Go de données pour visionner en streaming une large sélection des films présentés. Lisez la suite pour en savoir plus !

Article 1 – Société organisatrice // Organising company:
L’INSTITUT FRANÇAIS D’AFRIQUE DU SUD, Établissement Public à Autonomie Financière (ci-après «L’IFAS» ou l’ “Organisateur”) ayant son siège social situé 62 Juta Street, Braamfontein – PO Box 31551, Braamfontein, 2017 – Johannesburg (Afrique du Sud) et représenté par son ordonnateur délégué, Monsieur François Allain, organise tous les jours, du 03 au 20 janvier 2022 inclus, un jeu concours gratuit sans obligation d’achat, avec tirage au sort, s’intitulant « Jeu concours My French Film Festival 2022 – South Africa ».

//FRENCH INSTITUTE OF SOUTH AFRICA, Public Establishment with Financial Autonomy (hereinafter “IFAS” or the “Organiser”) having its registered office at 62 Juta Street, Braamfontein – PO Box 31551, 2017 – Johannesburg (South Africa) and represented by its delegated authorising officer, François Allain, organizes every day, from January 03rd to 20th 2022 inclusive, a free contest with no obligation to purchase, with a random draw, entitled “My French Film Festival 2022 – South Africa Contest”.

Article 2 – Qui peut participer // Who can participate?
Ce jeu est ouvert à toute personne physique âgée de plus de dix-huit (18) ans (ci-après le(s) “Participant(s)”), pénalement responsable, et résidant en Afrique du Sud.

Les membres de la direction et du personnel de l’IFAS et de ses distributeurs (Alliances et établissements français en Afrique du Sud), de même que leurs familles ne peuvent participer. D’une façon générale est exclue de ce droit de participation toute personne participant de façon directe ou indirecte à la mise en œuvre de ce jeu.

La participation au jeu implique l’acceptation pleine et entière du règlement et de son application par
l’IFAS qui statue en dernier ressort sur tout cas litigieux et toute difficulté d’interprétation.
S’il est constaté qu’un participant s’est inscrit, pour une même personne ou un même foyer, plusieurs fois, seule la première inscription sera prise en compte, les autres seront annulées.

Le Participant est informé et accepte que les informations saisies dans le formulaire d’inscription valent preuve de son identité. Les informations saisies par le Participant l’engagent dès leur validation. L’Organisateur se réserve le droit de vérifier l’exactitude des données fournies par le Participant.
Le Participant s’engage à compléter de bonne foi le formulaire d’inscription mis à sa disposition et à transmettre à l’Organisateur des informations exactes. Le joueur doit renseigner l’ensemble des zones de saisie, excepté celles mentionnées comme n’étant pas obligatoires.

L’Organisateur se réserve le droit de faire les vérifications nécessaires et d’invalider les participations incorrectes, incomplètes, contrefaites ou réalisées de manière contrevenante au présent règlement.

//This game contest is open to any person over the age of eighteen (18) years (hereinafter the “Participant(s)”), who is criminally liable, and resident in South Africa.

Members of the management and staff of IFAS and its distributors (Alliances and French establishments in South Africa), as well as their families, are not eligible to participate. As a general rules, any person participating directly or indirectly in the implementation of this game is excluded from this right of participation.

Participation in the game implies the full and complete acceptance of the rules and their application by IFAS, which rules in the last resort on any disputed case and any difficulty of interpretation.
If it is found that a participant has registered, for the same person or household, several times, only the first registration will be taken into account, the others will be cancelled.

The Participant is informed and accepts that the information entered in the registration form is proof of his/her identity. The information entered by the Participant is binding on him/her as soon as it is validated. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the data provided by the Participant.

The Participant undertakes to complete in good faith the registration form made available to him/her and to provide accurate information to the Organiser. The Participant must fill in all the input fields, except those mentioned as not being mandatory.

The Organiser reserves the right to carry out the necessary checks and to invalidate entries that are incorrect, incomplete, counterfeit or made in contravention of these rules.

Article 3 – Accès // Access
Ce jeu est accessible par le réseau Internet sur le site web www.facebook.com, notamment sur la page de l’IFAS et au sein de l’évènement dans le post « Jeu concours My French Film Festival – South Africa» pour toute personne ayant un compte Facebook.

// This game is accessible via Internet on the website www.facebook.com, on IFAS’ page and within the event in the post “Contest – My French Film Festival, South Africa ” for anyone with a Facebook account.

Article 4 – Durée // Duration

Le jeu se déroule du 03 au 20 Janvier 2022.
Aucune réclamation ne peut être formulée à l’encontre de l’Organisateur par un Participant n’ayant pu se connecter suite à un problème technique temporaire sur les pages Web du jeu.
L’Organisateur se réserve le droit, en cas de nécessité, de modifier, proroger ou annuler ce délai sans préavis, sans que sa responsabilité ne soit engagée dans ce fait.

// The contest takes place from the 03rd to the 20th of January 2022
No claim may be made against the Organiser by a Participant who has been unable to connect due to a temporary technical problem on the game’s web pages.
The Organiser reserves the right, if necessary, to modify, extend or cancel this period without notice, without incurring any liability in this respect.

Article 5 – Comment participer ? // How to participate?
Pour participer au jeu-concours « Jeu concours My French Film Festival 2022 en Afrique du Sud » il suffit :

-de se rendre sur le site Facebook, puis sur le post ” My French Film Festival 2022 – South Africa ” sur la page officielle de l’IFAS.
– de participer en répondant à une question, puis de remplir le formulaire d’inscription qui se trouve ici en renseignant notamment les champs obligatoires pour valider la participation. Au total, 3 gagnants seront désignés à la fin du jeu concours par tirage au sort.
Ce jeu n’est pas géré ou parrainé, de quelque façon que ce soit par Facebook.
En aucun cas Facebook n’aura accès aux données personnelles des participants, l’Organisateur en est l’unique détenteur durant la durée du jeu concours.

// To take part in the competition “My French Film Festival 2022 in South Africa”, all you need to do is:
– go to the Facebook website, then to the post ” My French Film Festival 2022 – South Africa ” on the official IFAS page.
– to participate by answering the question, then to fill in the registration form, that you will find on the link, filling in the mandatory fields to validate your participation. A total of 3 winners will be designated at the end of the competition by drawing lots.
This game is not managed or sponsored in any way whatsoever by Facebook.
Under no circumstances Facebook will have access to the personal information of the participants, the Organizer is the only holder during the duration of the contest.

Article 6 – La dotation// Endowment:
Un tirage au sort sera effectué le vendredi 21 janvier 2022 par l’Organisateur.
Ce tirage au sort parmi les Participants désignera les 3 gagnants des 10 GB de data pour profiter du Festival MyFrenchFilm en ligne.
Toute participation effectuée en dehors de la période du jeu visée à l’article 4 sera considérée comme nulle. Toute fausse déclaration ou déclaration erronée et/ou incomplète, d’un gagnant sera considérée comme nulle et entrainera la disqualification du participant et la remise en jeu du lot lors du tirage au sort.
La dotation est composée de :
– 3 lots de 10 GB de data chacun pour profiter des films sur la plateforme myfrenchfilmfestival.com.
My French Film Festival aura lieu du 14 janvier au 14 Février 2022 en ligne sur la plateforme dédiée.
La valeur d’un lot de 10GB de data est soumise à la grille tarifaire indiquée en annexe.

Les frais et dépenses non compris dans le lot décrit ci-dessus ne sont pas à la charge de l’IFAS mais du gagnant. Les gagnants seront personnellement informés par email au plus tard quatre (4) jours après la fin du jeu-concours. Sans réponse écrite de la part du gagnant dans un délai de 72h suivant la confirmation de son gain l’Institut Français se réserve le droit de remettre le lot à un gagnant suppléant. Aucun message ne sera adressé aux perdants.

Les lots de data seront envoyées durant la semaine du 24 janvier 2022 directement au numéro de téléphone communiqué lors de l’inscription au jeu concours.
L’ensemble des 3 lots sera envoyé aux gagnants avant le 2 février 2022.

L’Organisateur se réserve le droit, si des circonstances indépendantes de sa volonté l’exigeaient ou, plus généralement, pour quelque raison que ce soit, de modifier le gain, sans que sa responsabilité soit engagée de ce fait.

L’Institut Français se réserve la possibilité de remplacer le lot par un gain d’une valeur au moins équivalente en cas d’indisponibilité ou pour quelque raison que ce soit.

Le gain ne pourra pas être échangé ou remboursé. Aucune compensation en liquide ou en crédit ne sera octroyée. Le gain pourra être cédé à un tiers sur décision du gagnant qui en informera l’IFAS par écrit. Toute fraude ou tentative de fraude, de quelque forme que ce soit entrainera l’exclusion du participant ainsi que la perte de son gain le cas échéant. La société organisatrice se réserve le droit de poursuivre par la voie judiciaire tout contrevenant au présent règlement.

This random draw among the Participants will designate the 3 winners of 10 GB of data to enjoy MyFrenchFilm Festival online.

Any entry made outside the game period referred to in Article 4 will be regarded as invalid. Any false declaration or erroneous and/or incomplete declaration by a winner will be considered void and will result in the disqualification of the Participant and the prize being re-entered along the random
The prize is composed of:
– 3 prizes of 10 GB of data each to enjoy the films on the website myfrenchfilmfestival.com.
My French Film Festival will take place from the 14th of January to the 14th of February 2022 online on the dedicated platform.
The value of each prize for 10GB of data is indicated in the annex.

Any costs and expenses not included in the above-mentioned prize are not the responsibility of IFAS but of the winner. The winners will be personally informed by email no later than four (4) days after the end of the competition. Without a written response from the winner within 72 hours following confirmation of his/her win, the French Institute reserves the right to award the prize to a substitute winner. No message will be sent to the losers.
– The data prizes will be sent directly to the mobile phone number communicated, during the week of 24th January 2022.
All prizes will be sent to the winners by February the 2nd,2022.

The Organiser reserves the right, if circumstances beyond its control so require or, more generally, for any reason whatsoever, to modify the prize, without its liability being incurred as a result.
IFAS reserves the right to replace the prize with a prize of at least equivalent value in the event of unavailability or for any reason whatsoever.

The prize cannot be exchanged or reimbursed. No compensation in cash or credit will be granted. The prize may be transferred to a third party by decision of the winner, who will inform IFAS in writing. Any fraud or attempted fraud of any kind will result in the exclusion of the participant as well as the loss of his or her winnings if applicable. The organising company reserves the right to take legal action against any person contravening these rules.

Article 7 – Responsabilité // Responsability:
Les Participants s’interdisent de mettre en œuvre ou de chercher à mettre en œuvre tout procédé de participation qui ne serait pas strictement conforme au respect des principes de l’opération et du présent règlement.

L’Organisateur se réserve le droit d’écarter toute personne ne respectant pas totalement le présent règlement. L’Organisateur se réserve également le droit de poursuivre quiconque tenterait de frauder ou de nuire au bon déroulement de l’opération.

L’Organisateur pourra décider d’annuler l’opération s’il apparait que des fraudes manifestes sont intervenues sous quelque forme que ce soit, notamment de manière informatique dans le cadre de la participation à l’opération ou de la détermination du gagnant.

L’Organisateur se réserve le droit de procéder à toute vérification pour le respect du présent article comme de l’ensemble du règlement, notamment pour écarter tout Participant ayant commis un abus quelconque ou une tentative de fraude, sans toutefois qu’il ait l’obligation de procéder à une vérification systématique de l’ensemble des participations, mais pouvant éventuellement limiter cette vérification aux participations des gagnants potentiels.

L’Organisateur se réserve le droit de proroger, d’écourter, de modifier ou d’annuler la présente opération sans que sa responsabilité ne puisse être engagée de ce fait. Si pour quelque raison que ce soit, cette opération ne devait pas se dérouler comme prévu par suite par exemple d’un cas de force majeure, d’un virus informatique, d’un bug, d’une intervention, intrusion non autorisée sur le système informatique, d’une fraude, ou d’une défaillance technique ou tout autre motif dépassant le contrôle de l’Organisateur et corrompant ou affectant la gestion, la sécurité, l’équité, la bonne tenue de l’opération, l’Organisateur se réserve alors le droit discrétionnaire d’annuler, de modifier ou suspendre l’opération ou encore d’y mettre fin sans délai, sans que les Participants ne puissent rechercher sa responsabilité de ce fait. L’Organisateur se réserve également le droit de disqualifier tout Participant qui altère le fonctionnement de l’opération ou du site web précité ou encore qui viole les règles officielles de l’opération.

Il est convenu que les données contenues dans les systèmes d’information de l’Organisateur et/ou de ses partenaires techniques ont forces probantes quant aux éléments de connexion et aux informations résultant d’un traitement informatique relatif à l’opération organisée par l’Organisateur.

La responsabilité de l’Organisateur est strictement limitée à la remise du gain effectivement et valablement gagné.

Il est expressément rappelé que l’Internet n’est pas un réseau sécurisé. L’Organisateur ne saurait donc être tenu pour responsable de la contamination par d’éventuels virus ou de l’intrusion d’un tiers dans le système du terminal des Participants et décline toute responsabilité quant aux conséquences de la connexion des Participants au réseau via le site web précité.

Plus particulièrement, l’Organisateur ne saurait être tenu pour responsable d’un quelconque dommage causé aux Participants, à leurs équipements informatiques et aux données qui y sont stockées, ainsi que des conséquences pouvant en découler sur leur activité personnelle ou professionnelle.

L’Organisateur ne saurait être tenu pour responsable d’éventuels dysfonctionnements liés au réseau
Internet lui-même ou liés à toute intrusion, tentative d’intrusion ou fraude ayant entrainé des défaillances dans l’administration, la sécurité, l’équité, l’intégrité ou la gestion de l’opération.
L’Organisateur ne saurait notamment être déclaré responsable pour toutes erreurs, omissions, interruptions, effacement, perte de tout courrier électronique et plus généralement, de la perte de toute donnée de ce fait.

L’Organisateur décline toutes responsabilités pour tous les incidents et accidents qui pourraient survenir durant les évènements auxquels les Participants de l’opération pourraient participer.
La connexion de toute personne au site web précité et la participation des joueurs au jeu se fait sous leur entière responsabilité.

// The Participants shall refrain from implementing or seeking to implement any participation process that does not strictly comply with the principles of the operation and these Rules.

The Organiser reserves the right to exclude any person who does not fully comply with these rules. The Organiser also reserves the right to prosecute anyone who attempts to defraud or hinder the smooth running of the operation.

The Organiser may decide to cancel the operation if it appears that obvious fraud has taken place in any form whatsoever, in particular computer fraud in the context of participation in the operation or the determination of the winner.

The Organiser reserves the right to carry out any verification to ensure compliance with this article, as well as with the rules as a whole, in particular to exclude any Participant who has committed any abuse whatsoever or attempted fraud, without however being obliged to carry out a systematic verification of all entries, but which may possibly limit this verification to the entries of potential winners.

The Organiser reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify or cancel the present operation without its liability being engaged as a result. If, for any reason whatsoever, this operation should not take place as planned as a result of, for example, a case of force majeure, a computer virus, a bug, an intervention, unauthorised intrusion into the computer system, fraud, or a technical failure or any other reason beyond the control of the Organiser and corrupting or affecting management, the safety, fairness and proper conduct of the transaction, the Organiser then reserves the discretionary right to cancel, modify or suspend the transaction or to terminate it without delay, without the Participants being able to seek its liability in this respect. The Organiser also reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the operation or the aforementioned website or who violates the official rules of the operation.

It is agreed that the data contained in the information systems of the Organiser and/or its technical partners are conclusive as to the connection elements and information resulting from computer processing relating to the operation organised by the Organiser.

The Organiser’s liability is strictly limited to the remittance of the prize actually and validly won.
It is expressly reminded that the Internet is not a secure network. The Organiser cannot therefore be held liable for contamination by possible viruses or for the intrusion of a third party into the system of the Participants’ terminal and declines all liability for the consequences of the Participants’ connection to the network via the aforementioned website.

In particular, the Organiser cannot be held liable for any damage caused to Participants, their computer equipment and the data stored on it, as well as the consequences that may result from this on their personal or professional activity.
The Organiser may not be held liable for any malfunctions related to the Internet network itself or in or related to any intrusion, attempted intrusion or fraud that has led to failures in the administration, security, fairness, integrity or management of the operation.

In particular, the Organiser may not be held liable for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletion, loss of any electronic mail and more generally for the loss of any data as a result.
The Organiser declines all responsibility for all incidents and accidents that may occur during the events in which the Participants of the operation may participate.

The connection of any person to the aforementioned website and the participation of the players in the game is done under their entire responsibility.

Article 8 – Données à caractère personnel // Personal data
Les Participants sont informés que les données les concernant enregistrées dans le cadre du jeu sont nécessaires à la prise en compte de leur participation et à l’attribution du lot. L’IFAS s’engage à ne pas communiquer ces informations en dehors de l’équipe organisatrice. L’IFAS s’engage à protéger ces données personnelles et à les garder en sécurité et confidentielles.

En application de la loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978, modifiée, relative à l’informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés, les Participants inscrits au jeu disposent des droits d’opposition, d’accès, de rectification et de suppression des données les concernant. Pour les exercer, les Participants contacteront le service client à l’adresse postale de l’Organisateur visée à l’article 1 du règlement.

To exercise these rights, Participants will contact the customer service department at the Organiser’s postal address referred to in Article 1 of the rules. Participants are informed that the data concerning them recorded in the context of the game is necessary for their participation to be taken into account and for the prize to be awarded.

Article 9 – Loi applicable // Applicable law
Le présent règlement est soumis au droit français.
Les parties s’efforceront de résoudre à l’amiable tout litige qui surviendrait à l’occasion de l’exécution du présent règlement. En cas de désaccord définitif sur l’interprétation ou l’exécution des présentes et de leurs suites, seuls les Tribunaux français seront compétents.

// These rules are subject to French law.
The parties will endeavour to resolve amicably any dispute that may arise during the execution of these rules. In the event of a definitive disagreement on the interpretation or execution of these rules and their consequences, only French Courts will be competent.
