The French Institute of South Africa (IFAS) invites you to a talk by Patrick Weil, professor at Yale Law School and Senior Research Fellow at the National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS, France). Founder and director of the NGO Bibliothèques Sans FrontièresPatrick Weil works to promote access to culture and education worldwide by creating libraries and reading spaces in disadvantaged or crisis-affected areas.

The talk will be followed by an exclusive signing of his latest book, A Madman in the White House.
